 I understand that Just Digitize / Gibby Visuals, Inc (Supplier) is not liable for any damages or unforeseen damage(s) to the clients photo(s), slides, VHS Tapes, negatives, Video Tape(s) of any kind, or all media delivered to Supplier during travel, digitizing process, shipments, etc. Supplier agrees to do everything in their power to protect clients media. 

The Supplier will not sell your images for profit or public the images in any negative manner. The Suppliers goal is to protect the client. Client will allow Supplier to use the scanned digital file images for marketing purposes only. 

Under our discretion, Supplier will not scan any images that we are uncomfortable working with or having on our computer systems. Your images will be delivered in a timely manner, as agreed upon. Technology can break down or need to be serviced. If this happens and repairs are needed, the client will be notified of this and arrangements can be made.
